I like drinking it even when My stomach is a problem. Herbal Stomach Settler Licorice root, Ginger root, Chamomile, Anise seed, lemon balm, Spearmint, Cinnamon, Peppermint.. Use equal parts (like one tsp. of each) of each herb combine together and use 1~2 tsp. per cup of freshly boiled water..
