Isn't there someone that one could ask what makes their Magnesium Citrate different then others?

It's the way he processes it. It is absorbed immediately. I have NEVER taken anything like this before. I am usually bouncing off the walls. LOL! Today is the first day I drank some early on while I was wide awake (had been previously taking it only at night). A half hour after I took it I felt a warm glow and totally relaxed. I just sent a website where a chiropractor writes about his experience with Natural Calm and I can really identify. Gillham really knew what he was doing when he made this stuff. LOL!

Vitacost 18.99 16oz

Is that for Natural Vitality's Natural Calm? That's a good price. I paid $17.60 for 8 ounces. It was worth it as I was at the point where I was probably losing money from being so tired at work from not being able to sleep at night. ;-)

Peace everyone,

Yep, I am back from Greece. Caroline and Suzi, the only problem I see

with using the eggs in ACV is you end up with Calcium acetate which is

very difficult for our body to assimilate and use. This is why making

lemon egg is so much more superior. You end up with Calcium citrate

which is almost all assimilable by the body.

Just thought I would toss in my .02 cents worth here.

Don,

Welcome back! You were missed!

I appreciate the information...I wasn't aware of that.

In that case...if organic lemons are hard to come by...can I use

regular

store bought lemons? If so, would a good scrubbing and soak in

vinegar suffice being that we are not using the skin...just the

juice?

Thanks.
