Rik,

I believe that fungus nail,as you described, is a sign

of an imbalance, a symptom, not the imbalance itself.

Usually a diet change and a cleanse or fast are in

order. However, for relief of the nail itself, I use

black walnut hull tincture. One of the few tinctures I

make with alcohol, as it is external not internal. It

turns the nail dark brown, but it toes relieve the

symptom, the fungus nail.

Hope this helps

Peace, love, laughter

Would this be something for psoriasis of the nails? My husband has been plagued with this for many years. And he's the cleaner eating of the two of us! I know his comes from stress..

Tone,

Garlic is a great throught for your fungus nails.

I know Dr. , on Quebec Street, Denver, CO, Alternative Health Center, think called used to talk about this over radio with a remedy. He may be selling something by Standard Processing, a vitamin company, but not sure.

Trying to think of the radio syndicated show that is on daily. Will be back once I discover the name. He's got lots of knowledge, but sells lots of products too.

Toni,

You need to clean up your body to get rid of the problem.. Cleansing and go more to a raw diet....

My fungus nail (the bad one) is 23 years old. It hurts alot but for the most part is just unsightly. I am always looking for things for it too. I think Anne was the one who mentioned oil of oregano which I have not tried but am willing to.

Not the best stuff but when I was using Vicks, I could see healthy nail growing at the base. I stopped and so did the healthy nail lol

Thing is with fungi is that it usually travels onto all the nails. All mine are infected but not ugly like the big toe. When Ant was 5 months old I went to a podiatrist who with no anesthisia at all, buffed it down to the skin. He had said that since I had a child I could take the pain...like Hell! lol anyway it grew back just as bad as when it started.

I was thinking of taping garlic cloves on it at night...lol figure since garlic is anti fungus..fungi...not funguy :) it might help. Worse scenario is that my feet will stink.
