Guest guest
,Glad you got here finally! This is Steve from Facebook, "hepatitis c working man".I'm trying to catch up on 300+ emails 'cause I can't be in front of the computer as much as I used to, but had to throw this out regarding vitamin A.From what I understand it's very important in healing and maintaining your body, but as vitamin A too much will do a lot more damage than good. However, in its raw form, retinol, your body just stores it and converts it to vitamin A as it needs it. If you're going to do the vitamin A, I'd recommend you find a source for retinol instead of vitamin A.Hope your sides have gotten manageable. It sounds like the anti-d's have helped, good job! SteveLife is much more fun when thought of as a scavenger hunt as opposed to a surprise party. Jimmy Buffett Re: [ ] vitamins Hi Don,thanks so much!I have been taking a multi-vitamin(no iron), and I just stared taking vitamin D today.thanks so much for the links I am reading about this tonight. I did not know about the vitamin A, so going to read about this.yeah I guess as I don't over do them they will be okay, but since having Hep C, I am careful to what I take, as I should be!thanks so much!ny
