I do a lot of dancing. I dance just about every

morning, for at least an hour, for Spiritual reasons.

I have noticed that with this simple excercise, my

sleeping at night is better, my appetite is GREAT, I

feel healthier, I am even getting some of my muscle

tone back. To keep it in a health awareness tone, I

would highly suggest dancing to anyone who can, for

whatever reason they can. Very healthy excercise!!

Peace, love, laughter
