If Suzi is posting to the list, you can at anytime go into the list and retrieve her articles to re-read vs. printing off. If you are a senior may check with the senior center to see if they have a printer you can use without additional costs. Maybe AARP has facility available. Hope this helps. Feel well. Hang in!!

Yes, I am looking into getting some herbs. Do you know if herbalcom has a mail order catalog? I have written them but they do not write back.

I do use alot of cayenne but will up it as you suggest. I need so many herbs and all I do not know where to start...lol Don't suppose you could send me a list?? I know that is asking too much. I save all your emails thing is that I can never seem to find what I need when I want or need it. Since ink is so darned expensive, I do not print out but perhaps I should start writing them down which at this point is alot of writing though I am used to that
