Guest guest
I could juice some with my other greens... my juicer will do some leaves, grasses as long as i have other things like celery, carrots, etc.. with it. It will also make it taste better. Wheatgrass juice has an overpowering taste. I just hold my nose and drink a shot glass of it straight. Carrot would definitely make it more palatable. You can just sprout a bunch of the wheat, sprinkle the sprouts over some soil placed in a shallow tray, water everyday (I use a spray bottle) and in about 6-10 days the grass can be cut and juiced. Guest guest
I didn't know about the MSG in Bragg's Liquid Aminos, but hated the taste of them so didn't use them anyway. I never liked the taste of Bragg's either. Then last year I saw a recipe for a salad dressing in one of the raw food books and it had Bragg's in it. So I made it and loved it!!! It gave me more of a taste for Bragg's after that. I usually use tamari sauce but now keep some Bragg's on hand for occasional use. I don't see any indication that it contains MSG. I substitute Nama Shoyu (adjusting the quantity to taste). Sharyn From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of Shari Viger Of course that was one of the first books out and it has a lot of Bragg's Liquid Aminos which no one uses any longer because of the MSG. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
