I am not so flexible but have started using the Chi Machine everyday and that really helps. As for EVOO, by the way are high in Omega 6s and 9s I do use that in my salads every day but I also supplment with Carlson's brand Fish body oil which is high in omega 3s..just need to balnace those omegas, as most of what we eat is high in 6s. This might help with your RA. Congratulations on being 76!!! I am 75 and still alive but getting more paranoid every day about what I eat. I also use Stevia liquid and never eat sugar of any type anymore as it really has bad effects on my physical and emotional health. I tried to do the cleanse with lemon, cayenne and maple syrup but just couldn't tolerate the maple sugar so now I just detox with lemon water with cayenne, that is my first drink of the morning.
