(My opinion)... from all I've read.. most say it's poisonous... or the plant can cause dermatitis.. however, one source said the root is diaphoretic and vulnerary On the bright side it attracts hummingbirds.. I am assuming it was the root... but fresh or dry I can't seem to find. I would be very careful with it.
