Guest guest
Hello Rica, Hope all is well with you. Thankyou for responding to my plea.. Today is a bad day with constant lower back pain and achy bones and general malaise so I guess there is something going on in there...doh! hehe.. I always thought that urologists were primarily for men. Thankyou for that info. I am searching about on something maybe that can alleviate it but hard when one does not know the cause. If it is bothersome like this for long then I might have to go and get it checked. Not having insurance does not help but not feeling well is also not worth it. Thankyou Rica. Be well and have a beautiful and blessed day. Guest guest
---oh yes the name is INTERSTITIAL cystitis. and you're welcome. I went thru 6 little chronic things between age 35 and 45..sometimes they are related to the ups and downs of your female hormones. Guest guest
Hi Tone, Here is how I have resolved bladder ''infections or problems'' successfully in the past: 1. Drink water constantly. That is what I mean, too! 2. No spices, no caffeine, no alcohol. If you stop these, then take them again, you will see that the irritation. reoccurs! Once all is well, these can be resumed. 3. Take uva ursi, corn silk herbs, teas, or mixtures. I believe there is still a Dr. Christoper water pill that has these; or make teas. Drink as much as possible of these herb teas, or take large amounts of the water pill capsules. Hope ya feel better. And...try to get hold of this because if it is an infection, it can travel UPWARD into the kidneys where bigger trouble can ensue. #2 is of utmost importance. Hopefully, Sue Hello Rica, Hope all is well with you. Thankyou for responding to my plea.. Guest guest
Still drinking beer??? Toni, Your body is telling you you need to cleanse big time.. even fast... tried any cranberry juice?? are you taking your super tonic? Several times a day? golden seal or garlic , or uva ursi would be good choices.. Stop the sugars, caffeines, alcohol and dairy.. How about some relaxing epsom salt baths?? It sounds sort of like pelvic inflamatory disease but not totally sure of this. suzi Tone <tone102@...> wrote: Good Morning All, I pray this Wednesday finds you all well. Guest guest
How often you taking the super tonic? (and no i know you don't drink all the time) Toni, You know you're going to have problems until you cleanse/fast and start changing what and how you eat... An occasional beer won't really hurt once you''ve got your back in shape... but beer, sugar, dairy, caffeine, etc just keeps adding on - building the mountain you have to climb higher. in order to slide down the other side to health - When you're operating at a good level, going astray is not as hard on the body and it is easier for you and it to handle an occasional beer, or chocolate or whatever... but it can't do it if it is already loaded with toxins..It is like a kitchen pipe that is partially clogged... the more you put down it the worse it gets till it backs up... But if you clean it out and then keep it clean, it flows freely and never backs up.. Your body has been telling you for awhile now what it needs -- What is a week or two compared to a lifetime??? Try doing a fast/cleanse, totally raw for a week or so -- it will help to rid your body of toxins and pollutants that are making you ill....come on Toni, we want you around here for a long time. Yes, Suzi I am taking my super tonic Strangely enough when I drink beer I do not have the symptoms. Granted this is not an every day thing so please do not think I drink constantly. It is mostly a weekly indulgence or when my guyfriend is here. I do not go out of my way to buy it to drink it. As I said, daytime is tolerable. It is just the nighttime that is rough. Guest guest
Amen. I can even give you a daily call as long as it works with my cell free minutes and your evening time. I'm much gone in evenings, but can fit you in if you are going for it. Why not give it a try??????????????? Your guyfriend can also help you by taking you out for perhaps a nice veggie drink! Are you near a health food store or such where freshly made juices are available. Let him treat you. How about it girlfirend? I just finished off probably 1/2-3/4 pounds of spring greens (bought at Costco $3.59 pound organic too) , added fresh tomatoes, cukes, garlic, olive oil, smidge of raw apple cider vinegar..mixed it all together and two large plates later I am dreaming 'salad' again. Just can't get enough of the fresh stuff anyway. Last night bought 3 cantaloupes too, and I finished off a whole myself before. Have to head out later and buy more. Fresh doesn't go bad here--hardly! carolSuzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: How often you taking the super tonic? Guest guest
Hi Suzi, Thankyou so much again. I am so behind on my emails. I easily get lost in here and this group is only one of only a few that I chose to get mail from. This is my favorite place so I need to have ya'll here I am taking the super tonic daily, several times a day. Heck...no one else wants it! As far as changing how I eat....? I mean I do not eat all that badly I don't think. I do not eat meat or dairy products with the exception of an occassional raw egg yolk and I am off of that for a while since the last one last week made me feel ill. OK so the morning coffee I guess can go and I can do without the beer. I drink alot of water. Foodwise it is tough for me as I really am picky. Last week consisted of spinach leaves, a peach (blech), an avocado and a couple of yolks. That was it. Today I am sick with my stomach so nothing is going in. Hey, wouldn't that be fasting? hehe.. I am better off not doing a water fast solely because of past eating habits meaning that if I start to abstain from food I will get in the habit and keep abstaining. I really need someone to feed me...LOL It is so hard not knowing what to eat. I am not crazy about fruits and bought some peaches as they were on sale. They are still in that fridge. As far as you wanting me around for a long time. I appreciate that. No worries. I should have been dead many times over already. God is just not ready for me yet You had mentioned cranberry juice. What kind? Bottled stuff like Ocean Spray makes me sick to my stomach. I would think maybe something out there that is unsweetened. I did purchase OTC pills put out by Monistat called Uristat but I have been nauseas and have not been able to try them. I am not much of a pill happy person anyway. I tell ya, I would really make one lousy Fear Factor contestant. Thanks to all Hope you are having a wonderful and blessed day. Love and hugs, Toni How often you taking the super tonic? Guest guest
Ok, how about this... lets try eating veggies one day and fruits the next.. alternate.. Do you like veggies? Do you have a juicer? and drink lots of lemon water. for a week. Think you can do this? Continue your tonic.. If you have to have a cup of coffee - a small one and only one a day. We'll start there. Also, hot and cold showers... start with hot, alternate every 6-7 seconds - 7 times ending on hot or warm. And if you can fit it in , epsom salt baths... make yourself a cup of ginger tea and relax in a nice hot bath before bed. Now your body is going to start detoxing... and you'll have good and bad days.. but that is normal. I would suggest more veggies (greens) than fruits if you can.Tone <tone102@...> wrote: Hi Suzi, Thankyou so much again. I am so behind on my emails. Guest guest
Morning Suzi and all, Hope this beautiful Saturday morning will find you all well. Thanks so much Suzi. Yesterday was one heck of a day with this morning not faring much better. Got some kind of stomach bug going on and cannot even handle water. Running a fever and just feel really blah! But oh well...it happens Yes, I can do what you suggest though I think those hot and cold showers might kill me lol What are the epsom salt baths for? I always think of epsom salts used for pains and sprains and such. I love my veggies, it is just fruits that I am not fond of. Juicer is old and cheap and wastes too much or I would be doing those more often. As far as me having good and bad days...no sweat I have those now. Guess I need to find me a one cup coffee maker. I usually drink the pot but I can get over it. As for beer, at least right now the thought is far from my mind. I do not need it. It is more just a habit with us. If he is not around, I will not buy it and therefor not drink. I appreciate everyone's concern and thoughts. My outlook is messed up (not mine LOL but the email prog)so there are so many emails in triplicate, I still need to find the time to sit here and sort. Have a beautiful and blessed day All Tone Ok, how about this... lets try eating veggies one day and fruits the next.. alternate.. Do you like veggies?
