Guest guest
It is easy for all of to think that we don't have much influence on what goes on in Washington, because most of us have never tried. However I am here to say your voice does count. I found this out on my recent trip to DC for World Hep Day. I scheduled a meeting with my Congressman while I was there. Fortunately I actually got to meet with him and discuss the issue of HR 3974, "The Viral Hepatitis and Liver Cancer Control and Prevention Act,. On my way back home the next day I got a call from his aide and Congressman C.W. Bill Young of Florida's 10th Congressional District has agreed to sign on as a co-sponsor of the Bill after my visit with him. Now if everyone did the same with their Representatives in Congress, we could get this Bill passed. Please contact your representatives for all of us.(see pic below or attached) Randy O Website-- SuncoastHepCFriends.OrgForum -- Suncoast HepC Friends Forum
