Guest guest
Benita, I'm not sure now if it is out yet... here is the article on it... http://www.rawesome.com/book.htm "Simply Rawesome" recipe book While changing my diet from cooked food or the "SAD" diet, to a diet completely made up of raw fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds, I realized that it was too much work. First of all it was difficult to try and prepare all these meals that are supposed to taste similar to the food we used to eat when we ate the sad diet, and second of all, after all that work it didn't even taste anything like I wanted it to or expected it to. So, at this point I decided it had to be easier then all of that and so I started creating my own version of lots of these dishes. The biggest thing I noticed was that a lot of ingredients doesn't make for better tasting food. The best tasting food to me is simple ingredients put together in an easy way that doesn't require a lot of extra work. After creating about 100 recipes I decided to put together my own little recipe book. It isn't filled with a lot of recipes that take a lot of time or that require a lot of ingredients. Most of the ingredients that are in my "Simply Rawesome" recipe book, are ingredients you can find in just about any grocery store. I have created a simple recipe book that is filled with the most yummy tasting recipes, that are easy to make and most of all fun to make. With little effort you will see how your body can shine and how fun and easy raw food living can be. To me raw food living is about getting back to living a life of simplicity, a life that will not put any limits on living, a life that is free. My prayer is that this book will bless your life and bless your spirit. That through the use of this little recipe book, you will sing, dance and shine! Enjoy! I’ve found that you get better search results (even through Google) when searching by ISBN. __________________________________________________
