Morning Carol,

Thankyou. I will get flax seeds when I can as well. The flax oil is for Peep as it seemed to do him well. My son was going around guaging the temps in here yesterday. Overall the house was not too bad at 95. Of course my tiny room where this computer is, was 100 last night(was close to 118 earlier). We got a wild wind storm come through which cooled things off. I sleep on the living room floor and was actually searching for a blanket last night. I try and never complain Carol. It will be cold out soon enough Thankyou for your concern and always for your good thoughts.

Grinding your own flax seeds may be cheaper than the oil and of course fresher. Make it at moment you need it.......

OT:Hope you are staying cool with this temperature and humidity. Hope you have a fan or buy a cheapie to get you by and a breeze.
