I just looked in my medicine cabinet and what I find there is:

bandaids

calendula salve

White Willow bark

lavendar oil

cedar oil

black salve

green healing salve

a finger splint

and an ace bandage

Seriously, you really don't "need" a supplement, but if you "want" a supplement I would tell him to drink a good quality green drink. There are any number of powdered green drinks that you mix with water or apple juice. They are considered a whole food (which is actually nonsense because if they are powdered they are anything like they were when growing).

Just my 2 cents - Shari

Shari,

That's where something like complete nutrition comes in.... I don't want to look in my cabinet cause there is A WHOLE LOT more than what most would carry.

lol

What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered.
