I think someone asked about a web site. This is the only one I have:

Hi G Murray,

Natural Calm contains water Soluble Magnesium Citrate (205mg of elemental

magnesium per teaspoon). It's important to balance magnesium intake with calcium

in a ratio of 2:1 (calcium to magnesium). Too much Natural Calm causes

gaseous, loose stools, so you know when you're taking too much for your body, as

a

daily supplement, and just readjust the dosage to a lower amount. If using other

magnesium supplements, it's probably not a good idea to take both (ie.

homozone, colozone, oxy-powder, etc). Too much is heavy on the kidneys, I

believe,

so better to take in moderation and properly balanced with calcium daily

requirements.

Peace, n

OK...I talked to my friend Dave who turned me onto Natural Calm. He told me that in the beginning he was told to take 3 tsp. per day and it didn't do anything for him. (He is a mega-chronic insomniac with heart probs). He worked his way up to 9 tsp. per day (an amount that would have most people on the toilet all day!), and he began to get uninterrupted sleep every night. Eventually that dosage was too high (his magnesium levels were beginning to reach normal), and he was able to cut back to 6 tsp. or less. and still sleep all night. He said he has told a half dozen people about this stuff and every single one of them now sleep through the entire night and they never could before. He told me to play around with the dosage and that if you get diarrhea it means your body doesn't want or need anymore magnesium. If you don't get diarrhea it just means your body is using all that magnesium. (You can't overdose on magnesium....too much will just give you the runs).
