It is acetic acid. Doesn't matter what type of vinegar it is it is still acetic acid. Acetic acid is toxic to the human body even at 5% dilution. It is also a fermented product which makes it not so good for those with candida issues. Instead of using vinegar use lemon juice. Much better for you as it is natural. -- Peace be with you, .
