Although vinegar is purported to have many medicinal virtues, it is not

a natural food. It is acetic acid. Doesn't matter what type of vinegar

it is it is still acetic acid. Acetic acid is toxic to the human body

even at 5% dilution. It is also a fermented product which makes it not

so good for those with candida issues.

Instead of using vinegar use lemon juice. Much better for you as it is

natural.
