Guest guest
I am just downright weird! I just need new surroundings. Too many toxins around here. I know a 78 yr. old man with a heart condition who walks back and forth from one end of his little apartment to the other 100 times a day. He counts as he walks. It's too hot for him to go outside. There may be toxins outside, Toni, but the ones inside of you have to go....it will make your heart and breathing easier. Just do the water thing. Drink a gallon of water a day with some lemon. Sit on the floor, bed, chair, whatever and do some deep breathing for 5-10 min. everyday. These things aren't hard to do and they are a start. Oreo is ok. Ya never know what's going on with these critters. The antibiotic that I resumed seems to help his mouth. He even wanted dry food today which is amazing with his mouth full of lumps and gunk. Taking it one day at a time. Thanks! Gloria
Guest guest
Toni, Not to be rude here... but there are going to be toxins where ever you go to one degree or another... You need to look within and make a committment to get rid of the toxins.. you started with the coffee, cutting back.. (BABY STEPS).. take one at a time and keep adding to it.. whether it is toxic food, drink, relationships, etc. You and your body deserve this, Suzi Tone <tone102@...> wrote: Hi Glor:) How are you hon? How is Oreo doing now? I love to walk but walking does not love me. My heart literally comes out of my chest is I go even a block though go figure..in the winter I am down the street with a shovel looking for people to help. I am just downright weird! Maybe not the cure all but I think every little thing is a start. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
You are right Suzi and never rude. You know that old saying that sometimes the truth hurts. I was more or less speaking of the home we are renting and the area. Nothing good has come about since we moved here. Only nice thing is that we live on a court and of course I have my kitties outside and free rein without a landlord over my shoulder..for now. Things are going to get better I have a son and critters to take care of. I gotta stick around Tone
Guest guest
I just remembered an exercise program on t.v. called "Sit & Be Fit". The woman does all the exercises from a seated position in a dining room type chair. She demonstrates stretching and strength training all from the chair. Very rarely does she get up and do leg excercises and when she does she NEVER lets go of the chair! http://www.sitandbefit.com/sitandbefit/ Or how about the 5 Tibetan Rites? You can do as few or as many of these and they take no special equipment. http://www.shapeshift.net/5tibetans/ Shari
Guest guest
My 74yo mother walks two miles every morning (when it's too hot outside she walks in the nearby mall; they open early for "mall-walkers") and *then* goes to Curves to work out. She is on no medications at all, but eats well and takes vitamin/mineral supplements. We're going to Scotland/Britain for 15 days next week and are going to walk our butts off!<G> Sharyn From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of MorningGlory113@...I know a 78 yr. old man with a heart condition who walks back and forth from one end of his little apartment to the other 100 times a day. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
...SIT AND BE FIT is just terrific!!! I have done it. If I am in a down or negative mood, exercise takes me right out of it! Try to find a used copy on www.half.com or EBay. Or maybe a library has it. And...Bergen County has a lot of toxins---more than other areas.
