Guest guest
It was quite useful for one client I had. She had upper neck and back pains constantly. When I touched and manipulated the area the flesh felt " stagnant " , as if there was very little flow through the area. Looking at her body language she was hunched foward at the shoulders. Following a hunch turned out she never exercised and was always looking down and foward at work. To get more circulation in there I started with massaging the cayenne linament in and gave some simple towel exercises to get those muscle masses moving and things flowing again. For about 3 days a couple of times a day I'ld rub that in and help her move those areas. I think I was rubbing some pain analgesic stuff in there too after the cayenne, poplar bud oil I think. After 3 days of that the crisis was over and she was recovering without the extreme stuff. It helped greatly to get that stagnancy moving. Another use I have is rubbing it in before doing another external treatment. My thinking is that it helps the pores of the skin open up and the followup treatment to go in quicker. Does it? Well, I haven't done a controlled study yet to discern a difference. Makes sense though to have that skin redder before adding the followup. I've used it straight without any other herbs on sore necks and backs combined with massage. Folks report feeling some improvement, though it's not one of those magical instant gratification cures that I like to hear. The cayenne tinctured in vodka works better than the vinegar in this application. Note to males: Wash hands throughly BEFORE using the toilet after using this stuff. Otherwise you'll feel the healing power of herbs indeed. And if you need to rinse off in the shower after doing so, use cold water NOT hot water that causes you pores to open up and even more heat to go in. WOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!
