For a ratio 3/4 fill a jar and then cover it an inch or two over

with a good organic apple cider vinegar. I used dried but I'm a

strong believer in use what you have when you need it. If the extra

moisture waters down the formula a bit just increase your dose. If I

were to use fresh mint, I might let it wilt in the shade for a day or

two to get some of the extra moisture out. Might not make much of a

difference though, try it out and see what works good for you.
