Guest guest
I like grapeseed oil for massages! It is very light, and has excellent skin penetration. :-> - Ela (000)___(000) Ela Heyn / @ @ \ ferret@... | | ======@====== http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/5483

Guest guest
I like fractionated coconut, sweet almond in equal but greater amounts + jojoba and aloe vera oil in equal amounts. You could substitute aloe vera oil with avocado oil. A 2/1 balance. 1 cup of the first 2 oils and 1/ cup of the second group of oils. You can add essential oils if you like. Guest guest
I am looking for stress relief and sore muscles. Actually, I just need to know what I can use for a base, and I can do the additives on my own... so any hints on what kind of carrier oil to use would be awesome! Guest guest
I like to use grapeseed oil as a carrier for my massage oils. A combo I like that works both for stress and sore muscles is bitter orange, wintergreen (careful not to use too much), and lavender. I get requests for it all of the time. Hope this helps and have a great day.
