Years ago I was diagnosed with Angina. I used to have horrible chest pains and twice went by amublance to the hospital thinking it was my last trip. I was in the hospital for a couple of days and "They" did many tests. At the end of all of this they said...you have a wonderful and healthy heart...you do not have Angina, you have Acid Reflux disease.....here's some purple pills>>>>>HA No Thank You!!

I started going to a chiropractor and he said...NO pills...just stop eating grains. I have not eaten cooked grains since that time and I have never had Acid Reflux - Heartburn since that time. That was 6 years ago. I gave up all grains and bread except for Ezekial Bread made with sprouted grains.

I just have to have my lettuce and tomatoe sandwiches in the summer time. So Ezekial bread works well and is quite yummy and NO heartburn.

I also gave up eating pasta and such. I eat as much RAW as possible mostly fruit and veggies but some dairy like yogurt. = not much cheese as I only like the imported exopensive Roqfort stuff..I also like canned sardines in spring water. For some reason lately I have had desire for beef even organic. Don't like chicken either. But I don't consider myself a vegetarian..I also eat eggs from free range chickens.

I also gave up sugar!!! But do use Stevia in my coffee. I limit coffee to one or two cups per day and I think that is working OK for me.

Everyone is different but I can say without a doubt that cooked grains are the worst possible thing for your health,.... and my health.

Give up grains and sugar and feel great again.
