Guest guest
What did I get for this? A huge doctor bill, a big pharmacy bill and an overwhelming and dibilitating case of Candida which has taken me a long time to conquer. Thirty years ago I actually had a doctor give me penicillin (sp??) FOR a yeast infection! By the end of one day I was in agony "down there" and stopped taking it. I later went to another doctor and he told me to stop all antibiotics...forever! He told me about a few alternatives, but it was so long ago I forget them. I am so grateful for that doctor telling me this 30 years ago, and have since only resorted to antibiotics about 3 or 4 times. When taking antibiotics you MUST take lots of grapefruit seed extract (or another yeast killer) and lots of acidophilus to counter the attack on the "good" bacteria. Guest guest
Using a good ''live'' yogurt will work as a preventative. Take it internally and externally!
