I also put in some diced, seeded English cucumber, for the white. For the chicken I bought a package of tenderloins and sauteed them in the salad dressing I used on the salad (a low-fat raspberry viniagrette), with coarse sea salt and fresh ground white pepper and Monterey chicken seasoning. And I didn't toss it until right before serving because I didn't want to crush the berries. Raspberries are so fragile....
