Oh ! I really think this is the way for you to go!! Really! Being your own boss with a product you love and comes from your heart...you can't lose! Just remember...everyone isn't quite as over-the-top as you are, so make sure you include some "mild" and "medium" salsas!! ;-)

Best to you. Don't discount any grant money or such that may be available either. Lots of hard searching may produce some "fruits" for your efforts. If you are manufacturing your product, then make sure when it's a hit you will be able to always keep the supplies coming. In the meantime you probably have searched for suppliers, and if not, that's another job to get your wheels rolling.

A handicapped, wheel chair bound, fabulous woman in our church, has spoken to Whole Foods about her chocolates, had a sample to show them when travelling and they are interested in her gorgeous looking chocolates. Some even have glitter. I won't be tasting it as I don't eat that way, but others will be attracted. It looks really yummy. No details to share other than what I know and wrote here. Oh, she did say NY W.Foods may be interested. I think perhaps CA is first one interested. I think she is looking for grants and employing other handicapped folks local--CO is to us.

I know hubby's sprinkler business is very seasonal, challenging to say the least as he is the only provider, but with salsa who ever stops eating it anytime of the year? Go man--go! Keep us posted...we're all behind you!
