Guest guest
Get the book "Raw Power" by Arlin. He is a 100% raw, natural body builder. Is a great book and even has workouts in it. Find it at www.rawpower.com This takes you to the Nature's First Law page, but look in the book list and you'll find the book. Shari
Guest guest
Morning all, Hope this day will find you all well. Enjoy the day and be safe whilst having an enjoyable one. Again, thankyou Persian and Shari. I really am though looking for something other then diet though I KNOW how crucial this is. Ant would never become a vegetarian nevermind a vegan. He does not ever now or has ever eaten any kind of veggies. He is repulsed by them almost as much as I am by meat..hehe. I was hoping there was some sort of herbs or other things out there or maybe just a bodybuilder on this list that could even write what works even if it does not include animal and garbage I did forward him the links though as they are well worth reading and I will still get the book since even if he does not read it, I will!! I was not a vegetarian when I bodybuilded 25 years ago (damn I must have been really young LOL) but I did eat healthy SAD if that made sense and I even sprouted! My friends though I was nuts to say the least. So thanks again and I am still open to more feedback on this subject though he will utimately make up his own mind though I cannot say that I will be able to tolerate his taking synthetics. He is exceptionally bright but has a host of emotional issues going on which I cannot see anything like that helping in any sort of way. Plus we can only work with what we have to a point. Funny thing is that I am only 5ft now (was 5'2") and I have the ability to increase size quickly so I have to watch it with the weights. Ya just can't fuel that car with water. I was going to say sugar but... Thanks so much again Blessings and Hugs, Tone
Guest guest
Well, I have met and his wife many years ago and found him to be quite approachable and very quiet. They seem to have thier s%$^ together, so to speak. Plus, I have used his book many times during my training days for triathlons. And I'm 55!! My son was a distance runner in his teens and did it 95% raw. He became discouraged however, when one of his gurus said he would never recruit a vegetarian (not knowing Jacques was one, let alone a raw one to boot) to run at his college. It crushed him and he was never the same about food and his running. Too bad, because he would have had a great opportunity to prove them wrong. Shari - who will have a safe 4th. My baby is 21 today! Guest guest
I really am though looking for something other then diet........... The book I referred you to is much more than diet. It has actual work out plans (which body parts, the actual exercise, how and when to work out which part of the body, etc..) and how to eat plans, also.
