Hi all,

I was wondering if there are any bodybuilders on this list.My son wants to start bodybuilding and is looking to get some synthetic garbage to "help" . I joked of course but told him if he does, I am throwing him out.

I need some good writing here on what to do naturally. Anything as long as it is not from me. I was a bodybuilder in the early 80's and I did not do anything unnatural.

His diet consists of meat and junk. This will not change unless he gets clunked on the head and is given transmittal testimonies about the importance of GOOD food. He is petitely built so he will not look like the hulk anyway (thanks goodness) but he is so thin he looks pretty amaciated at times.

I did buy organic maca powder which I read somewhere that it was good for this also but I am sure that it takes much time to do something also. He has not taken it as it would not dissolve and I finally made up a little glass of soymilk with raw cocao powder and some maca and mixed to where I thought I was going to go through the glass. He drank it! So at least that is something.

I am looking for a good testimony here that I could forward to him about what would be good to build up his body. No nagging (but stressing is good) on the importance of foods since that will do no good though we all know better. Hey, I am just the Mother here lol

I appreciate your help as always

In the meantime I am searching around but keep coming up to synthethic products and I do not want to see him use that junk. He is very active in DDR competitions and I am really scared that his malnourished body is not going to be able to take all this. He may be a young man but he lives here and most importantly he is always my son.

Thankyou so much again

Hugs,

Toni
