Then start eating whole, fresh, natural foods. The more processed, degenerated food you eat, the more degenerated your body will be. At the very least, replace refined foods containing chemical additives (such as pastas, sauces, soups, etc.) with healthier brands that do not contain these toxic ingredients (available at natural food's stores or health food section of grocery stores). In general, keep all processed, refined foods to a minimum or elimnate them altogether. don't: let unhealthy habits dicate what you eat. It will catch up to you! do: eat whole, fresh, natural foods the largest percentage of the time.
