Sk, a healthy bowel ecology is fairly resilient and in most cases one

can incorporate some carb-heavy foods back into the diet after a time.

But carb-heavy foods should not be part of one's diet for several

other reasons, so just keep that in mind when you decide to impair

your biology with them, OK?
