Guest guest
About 2 1/2 weeks ago I made a pint of mint vinegar by half filling a jar with dry mint leaves and then dumping in a bunch of apple cider vinegar. Yesterday, I was sick all day with a low level headache and a naseaous stomach. Towards evening I remembered the vinegar and tried 1 tsp in a bit of water. Within 2 minutes the naseau started leaving and with it the headache went away. Pretty cool stuff. The use of mint vinegar medicinally goes way back to the ancient arabs, which probably means the Romans and Greeks before that. Nice to see tried and true works. The mint used was a chocolate mint (that's what I had), not even spearmint or peppermint.
