Guest guest
Bob, I took on the karaoke nights on the condition that I could drink on the job, same as I'd " held up my end " as a patron for five years before that. Jo and I are unlikely to deconstruct one of our favourite nights; lifelong honeymoon is our goal and we couldn't do otherwise Duncan > > > > > > Agreed.. happy new year. Guest guest
I am having trouble seeing why this is even a topic of discussion. Duncan is a consultant who freely shares his knowledge with us. I can't say for sure, but I don't remember Duncan ever saying he has candida. AND, if he did? Life should not be spent as if you are on death row. Duncan simply shared that it could indeed be had, if you wanted to, on special occasions. Alcohol is not the problem. Excessive use of alcohol is the problem. This whole topic reminds me of my sister. A reformed, born again, alcoholic, she thinks she has all the answers and will more than gladly try to shove them down your throat. Celebrate any way you choose to, suffer the consequences if there are any, and learn from them. Maybe Duncan will give us some tips for that. Guest guest
Glory, it's pretty much the anti-aging protocol: diet, selenium and undenatured whey, SomaLife gHP, potassium and magnesium salts, vitamin A, B-complex, C, D, DHA/EPA, chromium... a balance is desireable of course. The bonded cysteine in the undenatured whey is required at high values to make enough glutathione to break down acetaldehyde, which causes the headache. Guest guest
couldn't is till what you write! There goes that Key word again Duncan used couldn't in the same sentence with the concept of not drinking! I am wondering if that slants you on having candida and alcohol are ok? So are you saying if I offered you $25,000 to do karaoke and not drink you would not be able to do that? Man that is a serious monkey on your back! Guest guest
Bob, yes $25,000 would meet our goal of lifelong honeymoon for one karaoke night better than downing a few pints would, so you're right, but the incentive had to be pretty good to beat our fun night out. The research and experience (being candida drunk) shows alcohol is a waste product of candida; candida can't use its own waste.
