Guest guest
For Years whenever I've felt 'itchy' I've taken a capsule or 2 of acidopholis, poked a hole in the end with a needle or cut it - carefully- with a sharp knife and used one of those applicators to depoist it inside at bedtime. Put the needed dose where I needed it. I started making a small opening in the cap after having a couple slide back out whole the next day. Need to get the moisture inside the cap so it will dissolve Francie --------------------------------- You rock. That's why Blockbuster's offering you one month of Blockbuster Total Access, No Cost. Guest guest
I've done that too and it's very helpful. I find that it helps if you get the kind that are not coated. For those who can't afford the capsules, inserting acidophilus yoghurt with an applicator at bed time will do the trick.
Guest guest
Francie, Yesterday when I was at a health food store, the gal there suggested that very thing. She said that works for most of her friends as long as they cut back on sugar She suggested I take a product ( " yeast arrest " ) with boric acid IF I wasn't immediately going to try the acidopholis, so I'm going to try that first to see what happens, then add acidopholis and other probiotics. When you've added the acidopholis, were you already on a low-carb diet (or not) and how long did the acidopholis keep your system balanced? Thanks, ----- Original Message ---- From: Francie Rose alotalegs2@...
