Guest guest
my friend going for the ph.d in naturopathy told me about the 4 " grains " and the 3 fruits.. I have been eating the lemons and cranberries some, not a lot, and do seem to be ok on them where any other fruit indeed puts me in relapse. (haven't found any black currant to experiment with...) based on taste alone and absolutely nothing scientific to go on except what my body tells me in results, the cranberries and lemons one could easily believe as my friend told me, do not seem to feed candida as they really taste wretched without additives and do not seem sweet at all. if there is sugar, there sure does not seem to be much at all. for whatever this is worth.. All contain sugar. Duncan > > 3 fruits are safe on a candida diet: cranberries, lemons and (I believe it is) black currant.
