Guest guest
Right, I just noticed that on the jar. I just got the CFS-leaky gut study in pdf form from the author, as the link to it on his Web site is broken. I'm happy to send it to anyone who wants it or to the moderator to upload to the files (or do that myself if it's allowed). I think it said IV immunoglobulin though--wouldn't that be stronger? Been taking Immunopro for a couple of years on and off for CFS, before knowing I had candida, and it does help some, more than other supplements. I don't quite understand what you said about taking the lower- quality whey instead. I read that the isolate (higher quality) has more good, intact stuff for the immune system than the lower quality (the concentrate), so I'm a bit reluctant to switch to something lower quality and sludgy, but I'd have to know more about the approach. Guest guest
Multi, the ImmunoPro is pobably a better glutathione precursor but the higher dose I've suggested of a lesser glutathione precursor will increase metabolic rate appropriately according to the higher protein dose, create more lean tissue, and burn more fat. Also, certain other health components in the whey are available in greater amounts, such as molecules that reduce bacterial adhesion. This all means benefits can actually be enhanced using the cheaper product. Guest guest
I see. But I don't want to burn fat. So does it matter which " whey " I go? Why raise metabolism to get rid of candida? Not all of us have fat to burn (any more)... Guest guest
Multi, the whey with an anti-candida diet will get you to your correct body mass index. Why wouldn't you want that? Excess fat is detrimental anyway... Raising metabolic rate improves all cellular functions including immune function. Anti-aging approaches include maintaining a youthful metabolic rate to also avoid the age-related degeneration that low metabolic rate causes or aggravates. Guest guest
Due to this diet I don't HAVE excess fat to get rid of. I don't know my BMI, but I want to hold on to the fat I have thank you! Don't know if my metabolism is slow or fast.... These illnesses probably slow the metabolism, not to mention encroaching middle age, do yoga and walking help? Fast sounds good.
