Guest guest Posted April 20, 2007 Report Share Posted April 20, 2007 Steph, I didn't see any drawbacks in using ALA; it's generally beneficial, but the research showed more inorganic mercury and less organic mercury were eliminated when it was used, so high doses should probably not be continuous and the undenatured whey and selenium should be IMO continuous.
