Guest guest
Duncan, Is there any benefit to taking NAC with or on the same days as whey? Also, is there a colostrum that you'd recommend? Guest guest
Thanks very much Duncan, Do you think it would be okay to take the colostrum and the whey at the same time? Or would that nulify whey's ability to do it's job? Also, is there any problem taking vitamin C and magnesium with the whey? Is the C too acid. I use Perque's Potent C Guard powder which is a buffered mineral acorbate. Supposed to be pure of all the allergens, I have problems with. Thanks again, Duncan Crow <duncancrow@...> wrote: , the reason to NOT use NAC is bigger than the reason to use it; because it's rapidly hydolyzed to free-form cysteine, a toxin, it's not really a health food but a last-ditch effort to prevent death from liver liquefaction. People should only use NAC when it's absolutely impossible to use whey. Donna's colostrum is pretty good: http://www.excellentthings.net Duncan > Glad to hear it's working, ; NAC dosage should be 500 mg every > four or five hours to keep glutathione levels from plummeting, which > allows a surge of opportunistic infection and accelerated free radical > damage. >
