Jina - we eat about 95% raw. Today I made a huge pot of minestrone to take to my mother in laws tomorrow. See we do have a hot plate. Winter time is tough on my husband who has about 8% body fat! Ever hear of Jack Sprat and his wife? Yep, that would be us. He can't gain and I can't lose! (or is it loose).

We also teach raw food preparation classes the second Saturday of every month, so if you're ever in the Seattle area - call - I'll invite you to dinner!

I hear they make places to do your sprouting (the overn). Your kitchen is also amazingly clean without a stove or oven.
