I'm am still open to that idea of viruses causing candida.

I think it is worth investigating.

Dave, infection may cause a terrain change that allows another

opportunistic infection to fill a niche. This is not the same as the

first infection being a " cause " of candida because the candida needs a

specific environment that the virus can't always produce. I think

you'll be unsuccessful pursuing that angle.

NO VIRUSES CAUSE CANDIDA. Okay? I didn't mean to say that. Your immune

system was down because you caught something, maybe the Flu or maybe just a

cold. But Candida is kept in check by your Immune System and a LOW CARB

DIET.

Don't look around for a cause, when the cause is the food you eat. Okay?
