Guest guest
Hi Sunny First and most importantly, take a teaspoon of epson salts with warm water each day. It costs $2 for a packet from the supermarket shelf and it binds with mercury in the body and takes it out. Also each night, tip a cup full or more into a hot bath and soak in it for half an hour. This will pull the mercury out of the other tissues and you will distinctly feel the difference straight after your bath. I did this to keep myself alive until I could afford to have all my fillings out. I had a 19.5 cm tumour (which I had removed by surgery which was cancerous) and numerous small tumours which are now gone. I survived and I've now been declared cancer free. I took a teaspoon of epson salts shortly before each filling removal and straight afterwards so that any mercury spillage (for want of a better term) was bound up and removed from the body otherwise I felt sick. I also took lysine because I got cold sores each time I had a leaking filling removed. However, mine was an extremely bad case. I also took out 'extras' health insurance as it covered most of the cost. However I live in Australia and I dont know where you are from or how health insurance works in your country. I had a 2 month wait before I could use the health insurance. My replacement plastic fillings didint cost me anymore than normal fillings - and I'm sure they would have them wherever you live. In Australia we have free dental service for school children and the government uses the plastic fillings in children's teeth - so I don't think they are hugely expensive. The best 'most recognised' product, new on the market, for removing heavy metals from the body however is called ZEOLITE. Duncan ( the naturopath on this group) can direct you to the cheapest best quality source of this - unfortunately its not cheap though - wherever you get it. And obviously, if you havent got your fillings removed - they are still going to leak more mercury. But in the meantime, PLEASE try the 'ST JOHN'S WORT'. It'sa wonderful stuff for depression, anxiety and giving you energy and motivation. The most obvious explanation of your early morning wakenings would be depression - whether or not you know you have it, and if this is so, you would be feeling pretty awful given that this tends to be a symptom of quite sever depression. We buy it off the supermarket shelves in Australia but it can certainly be purchased from health food stores. The other thing to do is at least half an hour of walking or gentle swimming in the morning - this raises the level of 'happy chemicals' in the brain. ( I studied this in my honours thesis at university) I know this is really hard to do if you have severe depression, however, if you can force yourself to just start walking slowly and just do your best to keep going, your mood and energy will pick up. My leaking fillings caused very severe depression - and these remedies were life savers for me. Get back to me if you feel I can help you in any way. I DO know what you are going through. Guest guest
Hello Helen - Thank you so very much for your detailed feedback. I am definitely going to start working on your suggestions. I am glad that things are working out for you now. I read some other post about " Colostrum " . I have lot of food allergies and indigestion issues. I can't eat anything without digestive enzymes. Do you thing it is worth while to take colostrum.Which brand do you take? Thanks in advance!!! Sunny > > > > > > > > > > possibly a urinary tract infection. Guest guest
Sunny I also wasnt able to eat anything without digestive enzymes. The colostrum I take is the AMCAL pharmacy home brand which may only be available in Australia - I'm not sure. But please have a look at the 21 day juice fast that I posted - I looked it up and found that it was specifically for Candida - not just chronic fatigue etc. I didnt stick it out the whole way, but it was long enough to enable my digestive track to heal up such that I can eat without the digestive enzymes now - though I dont know if that will deteriorate once I've started eating again - will have to wait and see. While your not eating, the digestive track has a chance to heal up - and the juice provides all the nourishment you need in that time. It's much easier to stick to than one would imagine as your hunger switches off after the first 3 or 4 days. I quit because I wanted to try another 2 day treatment - a liver flush that gets gallstones out overnight - it works, and without any pain - it's quite miraculous. It's probably also worth taking a 'worming' treatment, as you're really prone to worm infections with your gut in this condition. You may have an infection without knowing it, and you feel significantly better afterwards. Guest guest
Hello Helen - I took 1 tsp of epsom salt this morning with a full glass of warm water. Felt kind of nauseated afterwords. For how many days should I continue to do it. Should I try to add olive oil and lemon juice too. Did you ever had hypothyroid? I am on Levo and if I don't take it for one day I really don't sleep for more than 3 hours at night. Last night was such a night I forgot to had one in the morning. I went to bed at 11 and woke up at 2 O'clock and stayed up until 5 or 6. Few days ago I started taking homeopathic serotonin and it helps with my sleep as long as I take Levo. Thanks and regards, Sunny > > > > > > > > > > possibly a urinary tract infection. Cranberry > > > > juice is the > > > > recommended natural treatment for this.
