Guest guest
I'm very impressed by EFT. I was quite skeptical of the claims a family member was making of it until I watched their excellent training CDs and tried it. It scores high in simplicity and versatility and also in inexpensiveness of the training. One person who was developing a migraine got it nuked in about 2 minutes of leading her through the process. The next step was to get my lavender vinegar out but it wasn't needed. Didn't touch some other stuff I tried it on but I'm operating at a rudimentary level with it. Seems like it doesn't work so well with structural problems but deals more with problems arising from emotional and energetic imbalances. That leaves a wide range to deal with. Suppose to be very good on addiction issues. An interesting tool to have in one's toolbox.
