Guest guest
Chris There are several of us who love it... for hot flashes, menopause, etc... Checking the patch today I couldn't help but notice it had spread over a large area, large enough for me to start harvesting and working with the plant in a big way. Anyone have any personal experiences with the plant they wish to share? I've been reading up on it, have some tincture made, but haven't used it yet except for an occasional cup of tea. Guest guest
I use it now and then for nerve pain and muscle spasms, it works wonderfully and I think I read in 's School of Natural Healing that you can use a lot of it. As I still menstruate however I have to be careful when I use it, as it will really increase flow. Guest guest
Interesting, I wouldn't have picked up on the moon flow increase through selfexperimentation (I'm a guy). I'm prowling for a more diverse selection of nervines and as this one is abundant I thought it worth checking out. Thanks for sharing your experience with it.
