Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 Kathy, a vinegar that is lower in sugar is safer to use if you have candida; that being said, the actual dose of vinegar is usually fairly low and so will be the sugar, so we don't worry much about it.
