I tincture alot (usually 100 proof vodka or everclear)... make it straight with alcohol (no water) and then I can put a dose in a swallow of water to take. In the files under "HOW TO" you'll find how to make tinctures, salves etc. It's easy... basically putting your herbs in a jar (mash em down) and pour the alcohol or ACV over it by about an inch or two... or you can then throw all in a blender (blend it all up) and throw it back in the jar with lid and let it "ferment"

I rarely sell, usually giving it to family or friends in need (if they'll take it).. do some trading too.

How I use it depends on what I'm wanting to use it for..... Sometimes I tincture several herbs together - others I make up singles so that I can add them together later if need be.

Can you please share how to tincture as I never did it, where you store it, for how long, and how you are using it????????? Any great books to share or are they in files? Thanks for sharing..
