Guest guest
Excellent advice . Very similar to what I believe and practice. I have my candida under control but if I try to cheat I do get ill pretty fast. Luv, Debby in San , CA 147 pounds lost! 100% of health issues reversed! Guest guest
I agree with you, Sol. I think the human bowel ecology is pretty resilient once it's established properly. Duncan > > FOR LIFE. Guest guest
IV and nasal glutathione's similarity is that neither one gets into most cells, the exceptions by topical application being sinus, lung, bowel, and in these cases none is passed to the blood. Guest guest
> Bobby and Greg, Have you had your thyroid and adrenals checked? Low thyroid, low adrenals, and candida often go together. I'm on Armour Thyroid and it seems to be helping quite a lot with energy now that I'm on a higher dose. It helped with pain at a lower dose--you slowly increase to where you feel best. I'm on Cortef for the adrenal fatigue. Just whacking at the candida has not helped me feel much better even though I barely herx anymore so I think my levels are not high anymore. People feel best at a TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) of around 1-2. At endfatigue.com, which is Teitelbaum's site, there is more info, where to buy supplements, and where to find doctors who will treat these problems including candida. I've been sick for years and this is the first ray of hope I've had. Vicky
Guest guest
Well for now I'll stick to using the Reduced Glutathione compounded into a spray in my neublizer since my GSH levels rose from 559 to 1000. Guest guest
Aerosol GSH is fine for local sinus and lung treatment. If you are a weight trainer as your handle implies you probably already know about whey. Just make that whey (body builder product) an undenatured whey powder and selenium to elevate glutathione systemically, rather than sparing some of it from leaving sinus and lung cells. A sparing effect gives an artificially higher GSH reading, and you can accomplish that somewhat by using other antioxidants as well... Being something of an athlete myself, I'd like to know more about your GSH levels and lifestyle. I'm a hardbody who has a hard time putting on more lean mass with normal meals and 45 grams or so of whey, and I don't really want to use 1 gram per pound of bodyweight the bulking products suggest. Offlist mail is fine if you prefer. Guest guest
How did you get your glutathione levels tested? I'd like to do that. Thanks. > > > >> > > > >>> Weighttrainer, arerosol glutathione enters the cells of the > > > >>> > > > > sinus, > > > > > > > >> but > > > >> > > > >>> it does not get past them into the blood or other cells to > > > >>> > > > > elevate > > > > > > > >>> systemic glutathione. Guest guest
Genova Diagnostics - The first time it was included in a bigger detoxification profile test, this last time they just did that one part for $48. The top of my sheet just says " Glutathione " . It was just a blood test I had at the doctor's office and they sent it off. The first test showed detoxification information for phase II pathways. Hope this helps. > > > > >> > > > > >>> Weighttrainer, arerosol glutathione enters the cells of the > > > > >>> > > > > > sinus, > > > > > > > > > >> but > > > > >> > > > > >>> it does not get past them into the blood or other cells to > > > > >>> > > > > > elevate > > > > > > > > > >>> systemic glutathione. Guest guest
Some research measured no glutathione increase from taking glutathione orally; other research stated the GSH is broken into its components by digestion and these are assimilated into the blood. Not all good things, natural they may be, pass freely in the body, and even IV glutathione does not enter cells where 90% is needed though the other 10% is useful in blood serum. Drugs on the other hand have been designed and manufactured for successful delivery or not released at all.
