Guest guest
Well, Bonnie, you asked if I KNEW that comment was correct, and I gave the honest answer by replying that the writer did not even present the comment as anything but opinion!! Otherwise there might be a reference to go with it that I could take a look at, you know, some facts of some sort to base an opinion on. Guest guest
, because candida was always present since you were a baby, and always will be present, the word " cure " has no place in the dialogue and when it is the discussion revolves around a myth. CONTROL is indeed the operative keyword, and yes, once control has been established and candida is down to ordinary " background " values, yes you can start incorporating carbs back into your diet, but you should always eat healthy foods and not high-carb fare. Guest guest
Masi, the symptoms DO come and go depending on severity and diet. Someone else will have to help you with testing and diagnosis but I'd warn that they are not that accurate. Guest guest
, when the bowel ecology is OK it's pretty resilient so you can eat carbs. Come to think of it when the ecology is NOT good it's still pretty resilient, which is why it takes so long to change the ecology for the better. Usually a trigger such as an antibiotic regime is involved in establishing bad ecology, but some people manage it without antibiotics.
