Guest guest
Hello All - I find this problem to be very baffling, hope that someone could point me in the right direction. Whenever I lay on my left side I immediately have to make a trip to the restroom, regardless of day or night. I'll really appreciate your input on this matter. Thanks in advance!!! Guest guest
Hi Sunny, I don't think it's a UTI. I notice the same thing when I lay down to sleep at night. As soon as I lay on my side, if there's urine in my bladder I have to go. So I make a point to go right before going to sleep. I've had a problem for awhile and I think it's because my bladder doesn't empty totally when I go. Beth Unable to sleep on the left side!!!! Guest guest
Sunny: I don't know how sensitive this subject is, and do you mean your bladder works when you turn on your left side? Because once you empty it, it's empty and THEN you should be able to lay on your left. Yes or no? I was thinking that the left side makes the heart have to work harder, which MIGHT cause the kidneys to speed up. A bit more information would be helpful. Bonnie Unable to sleep on the left side!!!!
