Hi Duncan

I got the selenium and the potassium some time ago following your advice. I

already had magnesium and calcium. I'll try to find litmus paper and test my PH.

This 21 day fast was laid out by the guru of herbal medicine in Australia called

Hilde Hemmes. Other people have claimed to get better from candida so I thought

I would try it. It is supposed to cure all manner of things including chronic

fatigue. Anyway- on day 14, I caved in to a boysenberry chocolate bar so that

was the end of that.

For anyone who wants to try it however, I can email it too you.

Just imagine - 21 days and it is all over. I will comment however that as stated

in this lady's commentry - I wasnt horribly weak or unwell after 14 days of

nothing but a little juice and herbal teas. She stated in her commentary that

one starts to feel better and more energised after about the 4th day as the

toxins are cleared out of the body, and that has certainly come true.
