I am new to the group and I have been trying to follow the candida

diet. Anyway my main concern is weight loss and fitness.

I will be competitng in a fitness competition but I am losing weight on

this diet. My muscle mass is going and I feel drained.

I have still been eating rice and peas and white sweet potatoes and

yams.

I don't use dairy products, white flour, bread, fruit juices.

I can't eat only veggies and protein since I will lose alot more weight.

I am currently using Pau D'arco tea and 1/2 tsp of coconut oil.

I need advice
