Hi, I'm new to this group. I have had Candida for the last about 15

years.I came to know about my Candida about two years ago. I have used

different protocols, feeling a bit better but lost alot of weight, now

under weight. I'm 43 years old and want to increase some mass by using

whey protein. I don't know it would be good idea to use whey as I don't

have any exercise plan. I would be thankful if somebody can guide in

this regard.

Thanks.

Hassun, an exercise plan is valuable, but undenatured whey will tend

to add muscle and lean tissue regardless. If you have made higher HGH

levels with something like SomaLife gHP or HGH shots, you'll build

muscle according to your genetics, regardless of whether you exercise

or not, because HGH is used by all tissues, not just the ones you

break or work on :)

I'm happy to find your reply. I have no idea what is HGH and SomaLife gHP.

Could you please give some details. Also I wanna know if there is any

disadvantages of using whey proteins. Last weekend I have bought " IsoNatural

Whey Protein Isolate " (by ALLMAX Nutrition) and I'm hesitant to use it.

Thanks
