Guest guest
Yes, you can take a scoop of whey morning and night; about 35-40 grams per dose (2 heaping Tbsp) up to 4 times a day is not out of the question; it's an ant-wasting tool. Guest guest
Audrey, years ago I had a craving for licorice so I bought the pure powder form and took a lot of it for about a week. Then it seems I developed a rejection for it. Now I can only take tiny amounts which is in my candida killer (candycin from the Candida Wellness Center). I am not able to take enough of the candicyn to kill off the candida, but it helps while I am awaiting my new treatment program. I highly recommend it it if you can tolerate a lot of it. Seems also that the yeast cannot get resistant to it quite like the other stuff I have taken. Steph
Guest guest
Helen, I buy through here , http://www6.netrition.com/ but guess you go there already, also through http://www.swansonvitamins.com/?SourceCode=INTA015 <http://www.swansonvitamins.com/?SourceCode=INTA015 & AID=10462586 & PID=3178785 > & AID=10462586 & PID=3178785 They have many good and natural products and brands, and are very reasonable in price and a reliable company << This time I ordered with my visa and thus paid for the product. I then wrote to the vendor and was informed that she had run our of all the products I had ordered. She later contacted me saying she had spent all day trying to source some product but had no leads. Is this likely to be because its a small company, she's going out of business or because there have been a lot of orders for these products?> Edy Edy Dykstra-Blum Bizzeeboots Old English Sheepdogs bizzeeboots@... www.gbwebs.com/bizzeeboots <http://www.shopperseldorado.com> _____
Guest guest
Duncan: I find this LOW CARB DIET very limiting and wanted to make a smoothie using Coconut Milk, there are some carbs in it and so I'm hesitant. There's about 8 grams in a cup. Are these different carbs and would be okay or not? Thanks, Bonnie
Guest guest
Bonnie, oils and fats don't compare directly although they both come in long and short chain versions. A long-chain carbohydrate is several sugar molecules joined together as a polymer; inulin is a good example. Sugars are generally 3 links or less; they are short-chain carbs. Similarly, a long-chain oil (LCT) contains more molecules than a short (SCT) or medium chain (MCT) oil. To answer your last post I referred to the sugars in coconut milk as carbs as opposed to referring to the fats at all. Guest guest
I used Goya brand and it has less, like 2 carbs (I think) per cup. vicky > > Duncan: > > I find this LOW CARB DIET very limiting and wanted to make a smoothie using > Coconut Milk, there are some carbs in it and so I'm hesitant.
