Guest guest Posted November 21, 2008 Report Share Posted November 21, 2008 I have been taking zeolite for two weeks now, and since I've paid for it I will continue to take it until it's finished.  I can recount at least one effect of zeolite that I have experienced. I'm in a pretty bad way, with what I guess is autoimmune problems. So may foods produce a reaction - eg with milk or chocolate, my heart starts to pound and if I want to avoid feeling really sick for the next few days, I have to take activated charcoal - used to clear out toxins which this food seems to create.  I dont get that pounding heart if I eat 'the worong food' anymore. The zeolite must be taking out the toxin since I have made no other changes other than taking zeolite. I started taking zeolite to remove mercury - I dont know whether how effective it is or will be, but my continual headaches have certainly softened.
